Abstract Submission - Information
Please Note:

Abstract submissions have been extended to July 22, 2023.

Due to demands, the abstract submission deadline has been extended to Saturday July 22nd. Please note that abstracts submitted after this date will only be considered for poster presentations. Note also that full registration must be completed with submission of abstract, but payment of conference dues can be provided after abstract acceptance.

Last date to submit an abstract considered as a Late Breaking Poster Abstract is September 1.

No submissions will be accepted after September 1.
Information to Guide you through Submission


Sessions:

Abstract submissions may be considered for up to two sessions. The drop down menu will let you selection up to 2 options. You may select either oral or poster presentations. If your abstract is not selected for an oral presentation or a shot-gun talk, then the organizers will consider the abstract for a poster presentation. The session chair will communicate this with you during the review process.

Shot-Gun Talk: (7-10 min)

If you would like your submission to also be considered for a Shot-Gun Talk, please indicate "Yes" or leave as default "No."

Abstract Fields: (maximum)

When submitting your abstract, please consider the field sizes detailed below:

Title - 200 characters
Introduction - 1500 characters
Method - 1500 characters
Results - 4000 characters
Novelty - 200 characters
Preliminary Data - 200 characters
Contributing Authors - unlimited
